THE PRODUCT:
The pecorino, white paste, compact and fragrant, obtained according to a special recipe that mixes the usual ingredients to tuber aestivum. The cheese thus obtained is a skilful mixture in which the taste of the cheese is mixed with that of black truffle creating a surprising aroma and flavor.
INGREDIENTS:
Pasteurized sheep’s milk, truffle 2%, salt, rennet and milk enzymes.
Edible crust.
ALLERGENS:
Milk and dairy products.
SHELF LIFE:
The product has its most typical characteristics if preferably consumed within 150 days.
STORAGE CONDITIONS:
The whole wheel in a cool and dry place. The open cheese store in the fridge at a temperature from 0- to 4- Celsius Degree. Does not contain Gmos.
AVAILABILITY:
All year round.
