goat's milk, rennet, salt.
Goat toma is made with raw, unpasteurized goat's milk. The goats live free in a newly built barn, during the design they took into account the structural requirements for organic farming. In addition to the internal surface they have a paddock adjacent to the shelter. The land near the barn is grazed by goats from one area to another, to offer the animals always fresh and healthy forage.
The cheese that comes from these goats is 100% natural.
Around 180 days if kept in a cool place with a temperature of +8°/+10°.
We recommend wrapping the cheese in paper for food use where it has been sliced and then wrap with cotton cloth.
