The pecorino, white, compact, fragrant,obtained by using a special recipe that combines the typical ingredients with tuber aestivum. This allows the cheese to obtain the balanced flavor of cheese and black truffle, resulting in an amazing aroma and flavor.
Pasteurized sheep MILK, summer Truffle (tartufo estivo(Tuber Aestivum, Vitt), water, aroma, salt) salt, rennet and enzymes
Surface treated with rapeseed oil and sunflower oil. Inedible rind.

A whole wheel should be stored in a cool dry place.
